Production Manager - Garment

Responsibilities: Motivate, manage, and develop the production team to achieve targets, oversee schedules, and conduct performance meetings.Plan, coordinate, and schedule all garment manufacturing activities, ensuring resource availability and on-time project completion.Monitor quality standards, collaborate with design teams, and apply in-depth knowledge of quality control techniques.Address production challenges, coordinate team communication, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.Collaborate with sourcing to ensure updated production lists, raw material availability, and proper organization of materials.Monitor and assess performance to implement improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and ensure efficient processes.Update project statuses, complete daily reports, prepare meeting agendas, and manage production machine maintenance and safety. Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or a related field.Certifications in production management or manufacturing processes would be a plus.10 years of experience in garment, textile, or apparel production or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Experience working in garment manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the production processes, materials, and machinery used in garment production.Knowledge of international production standards and best practices in garment manufacturing.Good command of English.
