Job Description
We are seeking experienced Specialist Technicians – Preparation Area & Spinning with hands-on expertise in cotton spinning operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting spinning and preparation machinery, preferably Rieter machines. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of spinning processes and fine counts ranging from 60–120. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain preparation and spinning machinery to ensure smooth production operations.
- Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain optimum efficiency and productivity of spinning operations.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Prepare machine reports and maintain production records.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions. Machine Experience Required: Preparation Area (Rieter Machines)
- Card C-51 and C-70
- Breaker Drawframe SB-D40 and SB-D45

- Comber E-65 and E-80
- Finisher Drawframe RSB-D40

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Technical Qualification in Textile Engineering or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Cotton Spinning operations.
- Experience in handling fine counts ranging from 60–120.
- Strong troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Basic English communication skills (Fair English required). Candidate Profile:
- Indian Nationality preferred.
- Age up to 40–42 years.
- Willingness to relocate to Egypt.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
