Job Description: Job Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will be to:Supervise a team of 10-15 quality inspectors in Newcastle, South Africa and oversee their performance through Key Performance Indicators. Take actions based on their results.Act as a trainer and coach, provide technical support and guidance to the inspectors and conduct performance evaluations and on-site audits.Build the sense of belonging to QIMA for all members of the team.Propose and implement solutions to improve standards of service to prevent issues that may impact the quality of inspections.Lead the claim investigations received from clients and implement the
